Customers must show valid government-issued photo identification before receiving a tattoo. We reserve the right to refuse service if proper identification is not presented in full. You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo at our studio.
All tattoos come with the understanding that any guarantees regarding longevity and healing apply only when our aftercare instructions are followed correctly and in full. We are not responsible for the appearance or condition of any tattoo if aftercare guidance is not followed as provided.
Any customer who, in the judgment of our artist(s), appears to be excessively intoxicated will not be provided services and may be asked to leave the premises immediately. Deposits in these cases are non-refundable.
Payment must be provided in full at the end of the service. Acceptable payment methods include cash and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and others), subject to change at our discretion. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that minor bleeding, irritation, bruising, or swelling may occur following any tattooing or piercing treatment performed at Steele Dagger Tattoo. You understand that these minor temporary side effects are expected and typically resolve on their own with proper aftercare. You also agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattoo process or healing. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is unsafe to proceed.
You agree that Steele Dagger Tattoo and Makoto Tattoo LLC shall not be held liable or financially responsible for covering any expenses arising from the tattoo or piercing process, including but not limited to medical care, medications, or related treatment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our booking form, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Steele Dagger Tattoo related to your appointments (confirmations, reminders, and aftercare instructions).
